The problem is, everytime I restart, I have to use the program on my computer to start it back up [Tethered]. I want to re-jailbreak it and use a different program that gives me untethered jailbreak[No need for program to start up].. Any help?

P.S I don't want to restore my iPod.

Are you on 4.0.1? If so just go to jailbreakme.com on your ipod and it will jailbreak it using your webbrowser

Greenpois0n RC5 has been released to support un-tethered jailbreak on 4.2.1 (current latest firmware). This supports all current devices!
