(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When I checked a couple weeks ago there was a BETA jail break for 4.2.1 is it still in BETA or is there a regular version now? if there is can you give me a link?

I jail broke my ipod touch using greepois0n. Now how do I add apps? Do I have to use cydia on my ipod or can I download them onto my computer and then transfer them to my ipod? When I go on cydia I only see apps that you have to pay for.
