Did u drop it in the toilet??? Naa just messing... Yellow from my understanding + a google search = not enough water to make it red... Usually has to do with an iDevice exposed to high humidity... :|

yes this sounds about right , as i think it wont turn on be cause i live in bathroom when i have a steamy hot bath so yeah listening to music , probaly that

If you took it to Apple and explain what happened, and if they could supply you with a replacement (so long as if it hasn't got apps from Installous or whatever), they should resupply you with a new one, roughly same thing happened to me with my iPhone 3GS :p

I don't think so; just walk into an Apple store and explain what happened to a member of staff, just so long as if you have the actual iDevice with you, I don't see any reason why they won't give you a replacement.

I think you should say that you left your iPhone on the side when you were having a bath or shower as you were expecting an urgent phone call; you didn't know when exactly it was going to happen; so you kept the phone on the side when you had a bath for say a week or so, and you tried turning it on after it seemed to have run out of battery; and it wouldn't turn on.
