Try respringing and see if it shows up, if it doesn't, reboot. If that doesn't work, buying the app in question is always an option

try to respring or update to 4.2.1 and jailbreak again and it will work

download a free app off the appstore and the one u downloaded of installous will appear

Try downloading a different app from installous - I found this problem before... It was because the app I was trying to download wouldn't work on my iTouch (running 3.1.3).

I suggested either upgrading to 4.0.1 or get a different app.

I highly advise you don't upgrade to 4.2, as there are many glitches/bugs with the jailbreak.
