It says unable to download it will be on your computer when you go on itunes. Will any of you guys help me out???

Restore and re-jailbreak. Or try a few other apps. Whereever you are downloading from (mediafire.com, appzilla etc) may be down.

This happens to me sometimes on my un-jailbroken iPhone sometimes. I would say try restoring and do not upgrade to 4.3, stay on 4.2.1.

You can re-jailbreak or just use Installous. To download Installous go to Cydia and add cydia.hackulo.us as new source. After that search for Installous and download it
