2. If it's free from the AppStore, then go to Cydia and go to Manage > Sources > Edit > Add Source, then type in Hackulo.us then search for Installous, then install that, & then get the cracked pro version for free.
   

If it's from Cydia itself, best bet is to go into the AppStore and get a free one, or cracked one from installous (mentioned above).

The app cost 15 bucks a month after the trial month is over but it doesn't say "you have X days left in your trial" anymore so I guess it worked
