Celeste works perfect for me !
If Celeste doesn't work, restart your Device and it should work.

And no, you only can sync it with Itunes because no other Player or Programm can communicate with the idevice.

There was one way you could load your songs on your iphone without Itunes -> Ifunbox but your device must be jailbroken.
