did you power it off, hold the power and home for 15 sec, let go of power (DONT LET GO OF HOME) and hold for 10 sec.

i just tryed puting it in DFU mode again failed i really need help </3

I have the same model and it usually takes me 5-15 minutes to get it into DFU. It will work, but you just have to keep trying until you get it right. Use the greenpoison program and follow the instructions until you get a black screen on your iPod and you hear the noise on your computer that lets you know a USB has been plugged in. It usually takes a few trys but you should be able to get it.
