I'm just going to take it that a shift restore didn't work why don't you just update to 4.3.1 there is the untethered jailbreak for it

yeah, someone has recently posted a tutorial on how to do the untethered jailbreak for 4.3.1, have a look for it

I know about the jailbreak on 4.3.1 i am already jailbroken I did no wat to update because I like 4.2.1 cause the compatibility and the batery life. And the reason I wanted to restore was just to get the loader app. I had some tweaks on 4.2.1 that r not compatible with 4.3.1 it is sad 
