I have recently dropped my iPhone 4 without my Otterbox and the back cracked and chipped of unfortunately. So here is a tut for you guys on How-To replace it!

First off before we start make sure you
TURN OFF[/u] your iPhone!
Now that our iPhone is off lets begin removing that panel...
Remove the two 3.6 mm Phillips screws next to your dock connector

Now that we have the Phillips screws removed, lets go ahead and prepare to take off the panel.
Slide the panel to the top of your phone. It should slide roughly a mm or 2.

Finally, lets get the panel off.
Just pull the panel gently from the phone.

Finally! You have successfully removed the cracked/chipped or broken panel from your iPhone 4! All you have to do is repeat the steps in reverse in order to put on your replacement!
