You need a Jailbroke iPhone/itouch.

1) open 'cydia' > search and type "ifile". Should be the first one.
Download that.
2) Ok, so im guessing you have iMob, make sure you have one from the app store, not anywhere else.
3) Open 'ifile' > 'Var' > 'mobile' > 'Applications'
Now you will have letter letters and numbers mixed up. Click each one until you find you legit iMob file.
4) Click the iMob...app. Now there will be a Huge list.
5) scroll down to "item.plist" Just above the start of J. Click this.

So now you have access to each of the weapons on the game. This is the confusing bit. It took me ages of research to find nothing, then i Figured it out.
In this 'area' you can change the damge, cost, attack defence and so on.

Scroll down until you find a rare weapon. There are as follows
-XMG Tactical
-Anti Tank gun
-Switch Blade
-Brass Knuckles
-Molotov Cocktail
-Butterfly Knife
-Taser (if you havent got it)
-Machete (if you havent got it)
-Cell Phone
-Razor Blade
-Pepper Spray
-Chainsaw
-Golden Guns
-Corner Shot
-Motorcycle
-Italian Sports car
-Helicopter

You might be like "but how do i know which ones these are?"
Well, if you read the text, you might not understand it. Each of these has the picture set for the weapon, and each picture is name after the weapon, ironically. So the top one will say somewhere (near the middle of that block) <string>Crowbar_icon.png</string>
In each block it will have the name.
So scroll down until you see a weapon you havent got such as the gold guns.

Ok so time for a bit of reading.
Look in the block for that weapon (the block starting with <dict> then the text you need then ending with </dict>

In there, look for where it says
<key>id</key>
<integer>0</integer>


That is what you need.
when you find that, touch 'edit' top left and then touch at the end of the line
<integer>0</integer> <-----Cursor end of here
so delete the line so you have
<integer>
Then type in 1</integer> No spaces

So the finished line will be
<integer>1</integer>

Touch Save in the top right.

Do This to all the GUNS NOT The vehicles.
What this does is uses the same id as the crowbar, therefore the game adds it in available for you to get.

Now for the vehicles.
You need to look for the same line as before
<key>id</key>
<integer>0</integer>

Now, delete the 0</integer> so you end up with
<integer>
You need to change the 0 to 15 so you will have the following
<integer>15</integer>

This is the id for the luxury car. Touch save, and do it for the vehicles you dont have, each time touching save.


So when you have done, touch done, top right, press the home button and load up iMob. Go to weapons and the new weapons should be in there.

Dont buy like 500 (if you have the option) otherwise it will look suspicious and you may get banned.
