Wanna Surf ?
Is there a way where I can download apps from instaulus on my iPod , then sync them to my iTunes account , so I can download them on my non-jailbroken iPad ?
I'm on iPod ATM , so sorry for any incorrect grammar !

No Apps from Install0us are have been "cracked" and will only work if you have installed App Sync X.XX on your iDevice (Where X.XX is the iDevices frimware)
the apps have a sort of receipt thing that they send to apple when they are installed and "cracking" them removes this but apple need to receive this receipt thing before the apps are installed and using App Sync removes the need to be confirmed by apple and lets you install "unsigned" apps
