i press install and then it does it all and then at the end it comes up with a red cross and in red size mismatch? I then check and the thing i installed didnt work.

Oh yh one more thing, Im downloading some apps from installouse but it just takes too long its like 18kb/s and I downloaded safari download manager from cydia and opened up apptrack.org and whenever I try to download something it downloads straight away and then it comes up on installoouse with the wrong kb and when i press install it says cannot find IPA any help guys?

To answer your question, I had the same problem. It's the software version of your iPod or iPhone. Try updating it to 4.1.2 (I'm running 4.2.1 and no issues as of yet).

To answer your second question, your internet is relatively slow. It takes me about half an hour to an hour to download a 200mb file at roughly 300 kb/s.
I suggest changing your ISP to a better one :p

My internet isin't slow any I allways download it of fileape but when I download it off mediafire its around 60kb/s and when zshare its 500kb/s

1. The problem aren't you but the repo that probably is not compatible with your device. anyway you can try to fix it by downloading a file on cydia called 'Cyfix' you can find it on xsellize's repo or download the deb file on internet...
