So I looked into it a bit more and saw it was $20 extra per month. So knowing Apple there's a way to get this for free and most likely better. The way I did it was by jailbreaking and simply adding a repo.

The App is called MyWi. What it does is serves as a personal hotspot for your other nearby devices! It works fairly well and seemed to be working almost as quickly as my modem for the few minutes I used it. I highly suggest using this app if you travel a lot. It's not really hard to jailbreak and I think jailbreaking to get this feature is completely worth it!
