There was a glasses free 3D iPhone/iPad story a while ago, but this one looks real. A group of researchers have produced a software which will achieve the former, and have dubbed it 'Head Coupled Perspective (HCP). HCP is a 'software hack' and uses the front facing camera to great a 'glasses-free' 3D display. Essentially, it acts as a 3D representation on the 2D screen that moves when you do, which is reportedly similar to the 3DS. Video below. And the video...
