Open Cydia and let it load.

Then you need to tap on Manage.

Tap on Sources.

Edit > Add > You must login or register to view this content.

Add Source.

Let it add the source.

Open the source and find Installous 4.

Quote me when you have completed those steps.

You have to add cydia.hackulo.us in the source's and download Install0us 4 and don't forget to downlaod "App Sync" for your iOS. :y:

Maybe the problem is your router try turn it off and on and add the source. That never happen to me.

On occasion, I have had to kick the phone over to 3G. Don't know why, but some of my buddies' routers get confused or don't like certain types of data.

Cydia is smart enough that when you load Install0us, it should automatically add the appropriate version of appsync. Depending on the IOS version you are running, you might have to pop into the app store after installing appsync and download a freebee, then reboot.
