According to Engadget, there is a current iTunes Store outage which prevents some users from downloading apps, movies, music, podcasts, and all other content. Engadget has confirmed the error on iTunes 10.2.1 and 10.2.2.12 and weren't able to get past the home page.

No word from Apple on this issue, but certainly they are working on a fix.

Please guys comment here if you're having problems with iTunes. I check my iPod and everything is working fine :\
