I read that 'redsn0w' can jailbreak the ipod..
So I downloaded the redsn0w application but it is asking for the ISPW of the firmware I am on...

So I searched the internet and found this

but My Ipod says
4.3.1 (8G4)

Is the 4.3 /8F190 The one I should use???

yea u can plug it into your computer and hit "restore" on the ipod settings
