(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i went to jailbreak my ipad 2 with jailbreakme.com and i downloaded it and everything... now it says unable to upload when i open it... what did i do wrong. please help me

Hey I jailbroke my iPod 2nd gen 32 gig running 4.2.1. I was on cydia deleting themes and it kicked me off cydia then restarted spring board then the cydia icon went missing. I'm running greenpoisi0n JB l. Any help is appreciated
