This is where you're wrong. Newer bootrom devices need SHSH blobs saved to downgrade. To get SHSH blobs, you have to be jailbroken on that iOS, and be able to save the blobs. Without the blobs, you cannot downgrade.
This means, if you have never been jailbroken on anything lower than 4.3.4, and don't have any SHSH Blobs saved, you cannot downgrade.
