Yes go to settings-->Store and turn on whatever you want to add to your iDevice but that have limited features you better update to iOS5 when it came out. Smile

iCloud was designed to be released with iOS 5, not iOS 4. So this is a no.

Do a barrel roll!
They normally realease the operating system 2-3 days before the new device is released so I wouldn't expect this until nearer the end of the month!!
