I recenlty jailbreaked my iPhone (well todaylol anyway)
so yeah I downloaded this theme but I forgot the name
so I tried going on cydia and it didint work it said loading data (sometimes it doesint) so I re stared my iPhone and it still didint work and it hasn't for the last hour ir two
so I yeah is there any way I can fix this without re jailbreaking my iPhone ?

No you have to restore and re-jailbreak
