Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); It looks like that Apple has started its war against piracy. The well-known marketplace for cracked iOS applications AppTrackr has announced today in a blog post that Apple began sending "take down" notices over violation of iOS application copyrights.

For who don't know, AppTrackr is a copy of Apple's app store that contains a cracked copy of AppStore applications. AppTrackr is being used via the famous iPhone jailbreak-app Installous that allows jailbreakers to install cracked apps on their jailbroken devices.

AppTrackr crew are moving their servers to countries without copyrights law in order to protect AppTrackr form Apple's wrath.

What do you think ? Do you use Installous ?

Jail-breaking in no way shape or form slows down your device, but downloading useless shit from cydia does. Winky Winky

/facepalm

Probably because you downloaded things like WinterBoard, MobileSubstrate, and Intelliscreen which take up large portions of RAM, therefore making your device slower.

However Jail-breaking in it's self has no impact on speed.

Haxor!
Use ProcessKiller to see what apps are being run, and just use RAMdoctor to help free up RAM.

Jailbreaking doesn't slow it down in any way. I just did the untethered iOS 5.0.1 jailbreak yesterday and have been running silky smooth. If you don't download a shit ton of Cydia apps and use them all at once you'll be fine.

I guess Installous is good, mainly because there are some Apps that are like $10 and I'm not paying that for an PHONE app.
