As for Method one, it takes far too long to make money, especially since the bonus code is bugged and isn't working at the moment.
For method two, I have yet to try due to the wait list. Though I think you can only make $30.
For method three, you need a facebook account, and with the changes in Jingit, you'll only see like one ad a day. (So like .15 a day) and you can only earn up to $5 max if you didn't refer 20 other people. And in order to use that money, you have to spend $2-3 of your Jingit money in order to order the Jingit Debit card.

Actually In Clover I Made Over 200$ So You are Wrong. I Had More Invites From My other iDevices. i had over 6 So Thats 6x10$ = 60$ then i had 30 invites left and more .

You made over $200 because you had mroe than one iDevice. $31 is the max you can make from one iDevice. ($5 for signing up+$1 extra and then you can invite up to 5 people which is $5 each invite.)

I dont know if it works ther. But this is like anyother Debit card Visa. You can buy things at store , etc

It doesn't work in Israel, it only works in the US, due to how the card is being used from US Bank as they have stated.
