What is a IPSW?
A IPSW is the firmware that your iDevice runs on.

What does a Custom IPSW do?
A custom IPSW allows your device to run Cydia, which is unsigned code.

What devices/firmwares can you do?


  • Apple TV2: 4.2.1, 4.3

  • iPad 1: >5.0.1

  • iPhone 2G: 3.1.3

  • iPhone 3G: >4.2.1

  • iPhone 3GS: >5.0.1

  • iPhone 4 [GSM] >5.0.1

  • iPhone 4 [CDMA] >5.0.1

  • iPod Touch 2G (MC and MB models): >4.2.1

  • iPod Touch 3G: >5.0.1

  • iPod Touch 4G: >5.0.1


What can you install?
I can install the following things:


  • CYDIA!! (untethered)

  • Multi-tasking and Background wall papers for iPod Touch 2G (THIS MAY LAG YOUR IPOD!! JUST A WARNING)

  • Install SSH

  • Hacktivate iPhones. (WARNING: THIS WILL NOT UPDATE THE BASEBAND!!)

  • Custom Boot Logo's (requirements for CUSTOM Boot logos will be at the bottom of the post)

  • Custom Apps from cydia already Pre-Installed.


How do I install Custom IPSW?

  • First download ireb-r5 (link: You must login or register to view this content.
    Virus scan!! [ATTACH=CONFIG]14907[/ATTACH]

  • Click what type of iDevice you have

  • Follow the On-screen Instructions.


How much will this service cost?
This service will be free of charge but I except vbux or paypal as a donation. :fyea: PM me for my paypal.

How long will this service take?
It all depends on what type of firmware you have and what iDevice you have. If I have to download the firmware; it will take around 2 hours, but if not, it will take 15 Minutes

What are the requirements for a home made Custom BootLogo?

  • Only PNG files that are 320x480 Pixels and Below are excepted.
  • Files are limited to 100kb per Boot Logo!
  • Must have at least ONE transparent pixel!

Hey Mate I have the 1st gen iPod touch (jailbroken) it's running 3.1.3. 2 questions .. 1) Can I enable multitasking&folders (not category's) but folders like the newer ios and could I run apps that require 3.2 + via some sort of program. Thanks Happy

No. Sorry. But if you like android you can install/dualboot droid and osx?

Thats actually a really good idea u had opening this shop thing... for all the noobs who cant figure out how to jailbreak there devices.. I personally think this should be stickied.. Smile
