You can buy gift cards when you have earned some money. I found this app yesterday and have already earned 11$. I will buy 1600 Microsoft points when I have 20$
Steps:
1. Have a valid email

3. Then click Rewards per install and download apps

Can't transfer to paypal you can only but iTunes cards,PSN Cards and Microsoft points. i wouldn't use it its got limited about of apps to download, if you download all available apps you make about $6 but can't purchase anything as its all $15+
