Mainly because they could get less hate from apple... But Cydia without installous is nothing to me

Quiet the fuck down!!!!! All you do is download cracked games, w/o cydia u wouldnt have a chance to get installous at all, so don't say install outs is nothing without cydia. Kid should grow up. U are a shame for the jailbreak community..

Because cydia tweaks lowers the speed of you idevice, people download what they want to download, do I pick what you want for your iPhone? this is my opinion!

Why would Installous be nothing without Cydia? All you need is to know the exploit use to jaibreak and you can install Installous without Cydia like you can change the exploit to install Rock Your Phone instead of Cydia or you can create your own. There are many ways to install tweak or mods to an iPhone but Cydia is the most popular and for me is the best one right now.

Want FREE ringtones? Cydia.
Want to access your computer via your phone? Cydia.
Want to have the full features Android operating systems have? Cydia.
