Hey guys just got done reading an article from G4's Blog and I thought it was pretty intresting and worth sharing, sorry if its a repost, I'm using the mobile forums and I can't run the check. So anyways on to the details.

According to the Chinese site You must login or register to view this content. Apple's latest and greatest iPad Mini is on its way and will be available for about $250 or $300, the reports say 6mil. units of the 7.85 inch iPad will be launched sometime this fall. They're rushing this new iPad to stay in the competition with Microsoft's Windows 8 products and Amazon's Kindles. Now these are rumors, for Apple has not officially announced any of this.

Here's a little photo from MacRumors.com of what the iPad Mini will most likely look like.

Now the reports didn't go into full specs, besides the smaller screen, but we're looking at 1024x768 display (Same as the iPhones and iTouchs). This pretty much I have for now, I'll try to update this with any new information I get.

This does look to be a nice new addition to the Apple family, but useful? In my opinion no.

Well Apple have been doing things that Steve Jobs didn't approved a long time ago like the new Apple TV UI.

News Flash: Apple hates fragmentation. It's the same reason why every iPhone has the same screen.

How could you be so ignorant in saying that they don't care what he has to say?

He was the person behind the 4s, iPad 3, and the soon to be iPhone 5. If he held true to what he said, there isn't going to be an iPad mini. I could only see this happening if the Apple board of directors, Tim Cook and Johnathon Ive drink a whole lot more than we know about and decide it's a good idea.

I have to agree, Steve did a huge Job, i guess w/o him we wouldn't have such a good Phone, or such a Good Tablets, we all know Anroid is shit against iOS, He was a great guy, i did read his Book 2 times, and i have to say, Thank you Steve, for what u done, and for the nice Person you were. And i Bet Apple Cares now even more about Steve as they did before.

That was funny as hell. Regardless though Jobs and Wozniak built apple, it is hard to imagine that even though jobs has died his ideas no longer matter. A company does not last this long and dumps what made it, just because its leader is gone. Apple will continue doing what it has for years, making products so easy even a caveman can use them.
