1. Open up redsn0w on your respective platform, choose Extras > SHSH Blobs > Stitch.
2. Search for your IPSW, and your SHSH blobs that match the firmware you are downgrading to. It should automatically start the process of stitching the IPSW.
3. Once that has finished, close out of redsn0w and reopen it. Choose Extras > Pwned DFU > Next and follow the steps given to you to put your device into Pwned DFU, which will allow the installation of custom IPSWs through iTunes.
4. Once you are in Pwned DFU, open up iTunes, and it should detect your device as in Recovery Mode. Press Shift + Click on Restore (I think that's Option + Click on Mac), and select the STITCHED IPSW (It should have a bunch of numbers in front of it).
5. Let it run through the installation process, and by the end you will have successfully downgraded.
