I was looking around for a way to change my boot logo on my new untether (5.1.1) and found nothing. Animate is advertised to work up to 5.0.1 with the animate fix installed.

Being the :carling: that I am, I installed it anyway and the custom boot logo runs fine with no lag. Just make sure to install "Animate fix for iOS 4.x.x/5.0.x" from Cydia with animate as animate alone does not work.
