I came across a couple of tut but they gave me errors and the app never opened
So I played around wiv files and managed to get it working
Im using iphone 4 ios 5.0.1
Just follow the steps below

Install same apps*twice
Maybe u have 2 account or 2 email, so u no need to sign out and sign in everytime. Here, I will share with u how to duplicate the app. I am using iFile to make it.

Step 1:
Open iFile then navigate to var/mobile/applications then Open the apps u want to duplicate. Here I use Facebook app as example.
[ATTACH=CONFIG]19364[/ATTACH]

Step 2:
Copy this :
[ATTACH=CONFIG]19365[/ATTACH]

Step 3:
Then navigate to var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads, and make new folder call Payload. Attention, “P” is capital. Then paste u just copy the app:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]19366[/ATTACH]

Step 4:
Move the .app inside Payload folder, then rename the .app folder as u like:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]19367[/ATTACH]

Here I rename the Facebook.app to Timebook.app.

Step 5:
Open the app folder that u just renamed, then find info.plist file. And open it and rename

When finish, save to close.

Step 6:
Go back to var/mobile/Documents/Installous/Downloads, then zip this 2 file and name it whatever:

Step 7:
When finish, rename the .zip to .ipa and close ur iFile:

Step 8:
Open Installous app then goto download and just install same like other apps:

Note :
If u have a big file, example like games, I recommend u compress the file using pc or desktop, because sometime when u still compressing that file, ur screen lock or ur screen rotation will make mess that file and u will get invalid .ipa file. Hope this can help who get dont work on this tutorial.

Lol why I wanted it was
My Girlfriend kept logging me out of my facebook and it done my heading lol
And also another reson my son plays on my apps an messes my games up so hes got 1 an I have 1
