It has a new card preview of recent apps with a miniaturized snapshot of the current state of the app. It has new music controls and also toggles, like the ones found in NC or SB settings. It is now available on Cydia from the BigBoss repo for just $1.99. It is currently only supported on iOS 6, but an iOS 5 version is in the works, most likely to be released next week.
