The best way imo is to download the cracked ipa or the legit ipa from google(just google it and I'm sure you will find it) and then install the program "ifunbox".

Afterwards, when the app is downloaded, go to ifunbox then go to the tab that says "classic view" then on the top click install app and direct it to the ipa.

This to me, is the fastest way to download and install the ipa.
