The Latest Version of iTunes they say, but i recommend you use not iTunes 11, since its kind of Buggy sometimes.

An Micro USB Cable to connect your Apple TV 2 with your Computer or Mac.

Should have not Connected other iDevices to your Computer or Mac.

So lets Start...

Step 1: Once you have downloaded, the Seas0Pass for your System, you gotta unzip it., when its done, Launch it.

Step 2 + 3: Select the 'Create IPSW' button to start the jailbreak process. It will download the newest FW for your Apple TV, to create an Jailbroken FW.

Step 4: When it's done, it will ask you to connect your Apple TV in DFU modus. Plug in the Micro USB cable in your Apple TV and in your Computer or Mac. DO NOT PLUG IN THE POWER CABLE.

When the Lights starts to Flash, Press MENU and PLAY/PAUSE together for 7 Seconds. (Hold em).

Step 5: iTunes will open automatically and start the restore process. ( If you using iTunes 11, it might do not Select the ISPW, and restore your Apple TV, either you select it by urself, or u using iTunes 10.xx
