iOS 6.1.3 came out the other day to patch a lock screen bypass and to kill the Evasi0n Jailbreak, But someone has found another bypass that lets you into the users contacts lists by using the voice dialing feature that is on iDevices that dont have Siri, and ejecting the sim. If you dont have Siri and want to avoid this go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock & Turn Voice Dial Off. People who have Siri iPhone 4S & 5 go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock and disable Siri from the lock screen
