I would think it's because Apple is the largest mobile platform, we follow like sheeps just to be part of the "big thing" where as droid boys think of themselves as indie or something stupid like that.

I'm in Android, but I've never called someone a sheep. I'm just on Android because I'm use too it.

I call those who I know are uneducated and doing what the "in-crowd" is doing sheep.. I have called Apple users and Blackberry users sheep and Android users... As I have called both 360 and PS3 users sheep.

I dislike Apple, but if there is a reason beyond the everyone else reason then I have no problem with you. You probably like some of the features over Androids, maybe you like the OS... I don't fucking know, in then end; for me it is all about reasoning.

Like with video game consoles I do not like fan-boys or console wars. I like when someone gives me a educated reason as to why they prefer that product; as to why they believe that I would like that product... Compared to "all my friends have it". Furthermore I agree with what TOKE has said.
