As some of you may know Apple released iOS 7.0.5 for iPhone 5S and 5C users... This can still be Jailbroken but its needs a patched version of Evasi0n7.. The Evaders have not made this but lucky someone has..So its the same way as before update to 7.0.5 Via iTunes then plug in and press Jailbreak
All tweaks work as they are all updated for iOS 7

EDIT - Looks like Evaders have updated Evasi0n to work on 7.0.5
