This app been has been out for a while now for jailbroken users to get free apps and it works quite well. Very recently they released an updated version that now includes iSignCloud. This is a service that actually signs the apps you want into a cloud server using your UDID. So the only thing you need is the AppAddict app and to register your UDID with iSignCloud and BAM you have the easiest way to get all the free app you want without jailbreaking or watching ads or fulfilling lame surverys. The signup for iSignCloud is $20 a year so not much when you think about it.

At this moment no. Its only a $20 a year thing though. Not bad considering you can download as many apps as you want. I'm sure as time goes there will be another service that can do the same thing but cheaper or even free. This is something new so I guess we will have to see.

And there are also apps like 25pp , tongbu and alternatives who also let you download any app for free without jailbreak.
So since its 20bucks you should change your title
