Try to rebbot ur ipod.
It was the same for me, and I just rebooted it and it worked

open the itunes store and restore your ipod you can slso find free software to unlock it for you

Open the blackra1n executable and run it. Simply plug your device in and press the button and wait for it to be finished (pop-up window).

Once you're done with that, on your device look for the "blackra1n" device. Open it, install "Cydia" (recommended over RockApp).

From there, simply install whatever packages you want with the APT manger Cydia.
