Earlier today Apple released iOS 8.1.2 the second iteration of iOS 8.1.x, which effectively patched the TaiG UnTethered Jailbreak Utility or so we thought. Only to be proven wrong several hours by the TaiG team and their release of TaiG 1.2 which added support for iOS 8.1.2 for all compatible iDevices. So does this mean that TaiG really does have the ability to jailbreak iOS 8.2 that we are yet to see? I guess only time will tell! You can find a copy of the updated version of TaiG with support for iOS 8.1.2 for download below or you can find it at the TaiG team's website

iOS 8.1.2 Features
Aside from momentarily patching the TaiG Jailbreak utility, there are not very many new features and/or security fixes that come along with iOS 8.1.2. The main reason behind the random release of the incremental iOS 8.1.x was to fix an issue regarding purchasing ringtones for iOS.
