Step by Step Guide

1. Go To Setting - General - Network - Cellular Data

2. In the MMS section in APN add wap.voicestream.com

3. on MMSC add 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms

4. MMS Proxy add 216.155.165.50:8080

5. Go Back to Network - General - Turn On Airplane Mode and Back Off

6. Go to Setting - Message - Enable MMS

(make sure you are on a network as this is a cell phone feature)
