Is there a way / app for doing this? What if I were to attempt to download the whole 'album' off a website, without the file being zipped or rar'd or anything? Would it go straight to my music? - If so, it'd save a lot of trouble of losing all my apps and everything when I want to put more music on..

Have a jailbroken iDevice and go into cydia and install Dtunes. Its an app that lets you download mp3's, videos, and torrents straight off your ipod/iphone. Hope that helped.

Yes, Limewire is extremely dangerous, full of viruses! Had it years ago until my computer got attacked. When I brought it to a friend, who builds and repairs computers, he found all kinds of malware, spyware & viruses that came from limewire. He told me to never mess with that music download again.
