It is the EaZyMoDzHD RTE Tool if you download it you will know what I mean by the Shortcut and not in the WinRAR folder.

you gotta keep the .dll files in the same folder as the tool.

Right click on the shortcut and go open file location, it should open up with all the files with the application.
