If I remember correctly, the creator said that the IP option is broken. It still needs to be updated in order to use that feature. So you can't use it for right now

there whas a tool called call of ddos which shows the ips ad usernames but thats costs now

He disabled it because people were abusing it. Besides booting is for immature kids.
