For starters, you must be running a CFW. If you aren't, delete everything as it will be of no use to you. If you are running a CFW, it goes on the root of your USB and you install it via package file manager. But honestly from the looks of it, anyone should know how to do that and you obviously don't seem like you're using a CFW lmao. But hey, just incase, I still answered your question.

Install pkg through FTP or USB, then install rap/fix.

Are you still having issues on how to install pkg files on your ps3?

I am cfw and I just have not loaded dlc before the dlc had to be compressed in rar so when u open it there are like 20 things my question was a simple do u put them all in a folder together or do u do them one by one

Just put all the PKG files you wanna use and install it on your cfw Install Package files or if on rebug Package Manager. If there is a " Fix " install that pkg LAST
