I am not sure about tools but you will find it in menus. iMC's (FMT) BO2 Revolution or GSC Host Menus. To use that feature you have to be Hosts. You can try thoughs. If there is an RTM Tool most likely it will be private.

oh its deffs real alright. BUT only enstone has the method i think and he sure as hell i doubt will release it.
