If you want to know how it works, it's just editing a parameter taken by the function - BG_AddAmmoToClip(playerState_s *ps, Weapon weapon, int amount) in this case amount/r5 register.
I am editing it through a function that calls it named PM_WeaponUseAmmo

So it's just changing where it says neg r5, r5 to add 1 instead of taking away the ammo.
