I saw in the PARAM.sfo editor there was an option to change the max resolution if you were using the PARAM ripped straight from the game's disc, not the update patch PARAM. I unchecked everything but 720p, but upon loading the game, it loaded in 720p for maybe three seconds, as my TV shows, then flickers back into 1080p forcefully. The message Jericho Engine displays before the game loads into MP looks like it's going to be in 720p, but once in-lobby and in-game you can easily tell it loaded 1080p.

I'm assuming you're wanting 720p for Jericho engine, if so it works fine for me in 1080p, also perplexed is alot better in my opinion

No you have to actually go to ur Video settings and set how you want it too be on
