Yes, GSC is not formated to CEX or DEX. Its based on the tool you use. Some tools are for DEX only others for CEX. Most prefer to use GSC on DEX systems since it'll cause less issues with lagging etc. Me personally I use DEX. ITA to be direct, when I was on CEX which was about an hour I had massive issues with lagging on tools or gsc menus since you use a tool to inject them. But simple answer is yes. GSC does work on DEX systems.
