Post: i need help with gsc studio :(

im trying to use the newest version of gsc studio 15.1.2.0
but it doesant when i try to open it but it doesn't do anything .
all the previous version work but the newest 1 is not opening ?

Right click and go to properties than click compatibility and run in compatibility mode, select from the drop down menu windows xp service pack 3. Plus run as admin

no didnt work , i ran trouble shooter and it said incompatble program ?
